Level One: Deacon and Deaconess, This course is designed to train deacons in some of the basic fundamental principle of serving, and define more clearly what a deacon’s role an assignment is to the local church as they assist leadership in the work of the ministry. This class is for everyone that desires to learn the office of a deacon or deaconess. Level Two: Timothy and Titus, To be called a minister is more than just a title and position; understanding its function is crucial to the effective role and impact one will have when ministering to others. This course is designed to train and teach leaders how to minister to others. You will learn the “qualifications of a minister” as well as the “Do’s and Don’ts of ministering”. Level Three: Minister and Discipleship, This course has been designed to move a person from a follower to a leader and from a leader to a mentor by encouraging discipleship. You will learn that once you’ve become a leader you must now take on the role of disciplining and mentoring others. Level Four: Eldership Course, This course is designed to train elders in the proficiency of their role and provide a guideline of principles that will help sustain the government of the church. A course that strengthens and builds a strong eldership team. Level Five: Apostolic Course, This course is designed to identify with the qualities and characteristics of the “5 Fold Ministry Gifts, as well as define their role and function within the Body of Christ. If you are uncertain as to what gift the Holy Spirit has bestowed upon you, and you would like to know more on whether or not you have anyone of these gifts this course is for you.
