New Frankie and Sheba Photo 1.jpg Pastor Frankie & Sheba Jackson

Pastor Frankie & Sheba Jackson are the founders of Syracuse Salt of the Earth Ministries located in Central New York in the city of Syracuse. Pastor Frankie born in Chicago, Illinois later moved to Syracuse at the young age of four on the city Southside. Being one of 10 brothers and sisters he attended several churches before finally discovering his call to leadership and received Christ at a young age. Years later got married to Sheba Rockson in West Africa, Ghana and started a family in the US and have 4 children. After years of serving as ministers and youth leaders in their former church, Pastor Frankie later stepped into his calling as an apostolic and prophetic teacher and went on to establish "Syracuse Salt of the Earth Ministries" in 2001. The church began in a small room in a Presbyterian Church with about 10-12 people where they gathered weekly for prayer and bible study. Since that time Pastor Jackson has published three books, created and established several multifaceted ministries including a disciplining institute called "Elite Ministries Leadership Institute”. Pastor Frankie believes his mandate is to help others rediscover, restore and reconcile their relationship with God the Father through the power of preaching and teaching. He has been called and anointed to equip, train and disciple the Body of Christ for the work of the kingdom, by restoring what he calls “Kingdom Doctrine" back to the church. Given this mandate by God, Pastor Frankie continues to preach, teach and prophesy as an anointed messenger, a message of reconciliation and the liberation to hidden leadership potential. The ministry has a strong emphasis on the need for developing leaders. Pastor Frankie believes that knowing and understanding our relationship with God as Father is an essential part to the message of the gospel. That it must be preached and taught that God wants to have a relationship with His children, and why all men must be born again (John 3: 16).
